Helpful and extraordinary service-minded staff and good breakfast.

Simply nothing too much trouble, really enjoyable stay. Absolutely great accommodation with marvellous setting near Serre Chevalier, restaurant and the center of a very nice town. Good sized rooms with a private safe, central heating, and an iron, etc.

The room was new-fashioned and warm, included with a comfortable bed, shower, for example. It had a great location just next door to a restaurant which is next door, Serre Chevalier and the center of Gap...

great base for exploring charming parks and landmarks

I stayed for one night in a comfy standard double room and found it to be a great base for exploring the nearby Parc de la Pepiniere and Gap Cathedral, both just a short walk away, nice for a relaxing stroll among the beautiful scenery.

Hotel was very modern and clean and on a main road which made it easy to find

It is a fair walk to centre but you would probably have a car if you came here.

Consider requesting a room on the upper floors for better security and a quieter experience away from potential noise.

Te staff were very helpful and all the facilities were very suitable for our needs. The hotel was not far to drive to the old city and parking was easy there. I recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpul.The room was clean and quiet,despite being close to a busy road. An easy walk into town for sightseeing and restaurants. Not luxury, but good value for money.

The small bath towels that are common in low-cost accommodation, and the cramped space for the toilet..

I cannot think of anything to praise about this hotel apart from access to motorways.

The rooms are small, smelly and ill equipped even for a budget hotel. The beds were uncomfortable and e colete refurbishment is required.

Bedding and parking.

Lack of sufficient light and possibility to plug an electronical devise (laptop, phone, ...). There was no receptionist nor clear instructions at the front desk when I arrived at 23.00, so I had to call someone who arrived about 20 minutes later, before I could access my room.

The Staff were extreamly helpfull frendly.

Value for money, easy to find location, clean facilities.

No air conditioning available, even at extra cost. Toilet too small!

Unexpected shower mishap

The staff was friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. Loved the comfortable bed and the excellent breakfast selection. Perfect for my motorcycle touring adventures!

Unfortunately, the shower had a sticky valve , made for a challenging bathing experience, and the lack of air conditioning left us feeling a bit warm at night.
